Inspired by a very dear friend's poem :

"Everytime you see the darkness, you feel the quiet night
Reach inside, open your heart, let out all your light
When you feel drained, nothing left with which to fight
I'll be there, by your side, lending you all my might"

By the time I finished this, I was getting super pessimistic, as you can probably tell by the angry black swirls :I
and it started out so heavenly with the angel + clouds, too. u___u

Mediums: Prang watercolors, Pilot pen, with a tad of white acrylic paint and prismacolor color pencil on watercolor paper. Too bad the scanner pwnt the colors. x_x

Oh wooow *___* how lovely!! I think this is one of my favorite pictures of yours :D Maybe cuz the concept... :D The little black swirls and then the angel :love: the setting is so awesome :'D it's like taking places from around the world and putting them in one scene :P I love it!
great work with watercolors too :X they're hard to use sometimes

I just wanted a clock, because i love them, + they're so mysterious and symbolic. xD

its my first time with watercolor -.- actually i've only done 2 drawings with watercolor so im srsly barely starting xD LOL

the bricks or "blocks" look like this

and he lets me use them individually instead of on a palette
